For her "Life in Fiction" series, Jamie Diamond spent months auditioning actors to play the role of her parents. She dressed them in their clothes, bought and styled wigs based on their hair from that time and adorned them in period jewelry and props. Diamond then asked each actor to pose based on the brief character analysis she provided. Never at any point did the actors know they were performing as her parents. I edited Diamond's footage into this piece for upcoming exhibitions of the artist's work.
